Returns:

• Returns are accepted if the flexile wood roll is recieved back to our Burswood location within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be in new, unused condition.
• It must be returned in its original packaging and free from any damage.

Exchange:

• Returns are accepted if the flexile wood roll is recieved back to our Burswood location within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The item must be in new, unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
• Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value.

Return and Exchange Process:

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at renee@malibuflooring.com.au with your order number and details.
• Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Responsibilities:

• The buyer is responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Exchanges will be shipped upon approval of the return.
• Policy is only valid on fexible wood rolls and no other products or services on this site. 

Exceptions:

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition.
